All rhode products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.
ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes. All rhode products are vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny & PETA.
ARE ALL RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE-FREE?
Yes, all rhode skincare products are available without fragrance.
ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?
Rhode products are formulated with high global standards. Though we are direct-to-consumer, our ingredient lists are in line with the clean standards specified by third-party retailers such as Sephora and ULTA.
WHAT IF A RHODE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME?
Contact us (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.
CAN I TRUST RHODE PRODUCTS FROM THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?
Our only sales channels are rhodeskin.com, our verified Instagram Shop and Tiktok Shop, as well as Sephora (US, Canada, UK) and MECCA (Australia, New Zealand). If you purchase rhode products from any other source, we cannot guarantee that you’re buying genuine products or vouch for their authenticity, quality, or condition.
DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?
Yes—you can ship back at least 3 empty products if you'd like us to recycle them for you. Contact us for a complimentary shipping label.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship, including orders marked for express delivery. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4-5 business days to ship.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Cash App Pay is available in the US and installments are available through Afterpay in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and through Clearpay in the UK, subject to approval.
ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS NUT-FREE?
Some of our products contain nut and seed oils and we work to fully convey this ingredient information through the ingredient list on our packaging and our website in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Additionally, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes products that contain nuts, so there is a possibility of cross-contamination (including tree nuts).
WHAT IS PACKAGE PROTECTION?
Package Protection is an optional service for extra support and coverage if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. When added at checkout, it allows you to file a claim and, if eligible, receive an immediate option for a replacement or refund.
WHERE CAN I BUY RHODE IN PERSON?
Within the US, Canada, and UK, rhode is available in all free-standing Sephora locations and on Sephora.com. Product availability varies by store, so please reach out to your local Sephora for assistance.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request.
